Tell us what we got wrong

We publish nothing you send us. A submission is a pointer: it tells us where to look, and then we go and read the source ourselves. Your name, your message and your email never appear on a listing or anywhere else on this site.

Telling us something does not earn a badge, any more than paying would. Our affiliate disclosure says money never buys a place here; the same is true of a persuasive email. A listing moves only when we can read the evidence for ourselves and quote it.

The single fastest way to change your listing is to publish the detail on your own site and send us the link. Our standard is that a claim has to be quotable from a first-party source, so a page we can fetch does in one step what a long email cannot do at all. What we need is the same thing a customer would want to know:

• Japanese beef:the brand or prefecture, plus the grade. “A5 Miyazaki” is enough; “A5 Wagyu” on its own is not.
• American beef: the breed status (fullblood, purebred or F1) and the ranch you buy from, by name.
• Australian beef: the producer and the marbling score.

If none of that is published anywhere yet, write to us anyway and say so. Telling us the answer is not the same as us being able to quote it, but it tells us the question is worth asking, and we will come back to you.
