Drath Family Farm is a third-generation Wisconsin livestock operation (established 1940) that converted its dairy herd to 100% Full Blood Black Wagyu beef in 2013, alongside a ginseng growing operation. Cattle are raised on farm-grown feed in stress-free pasture, DNA tested and traceable back to Japan, and sold at the farm's own store as well as to several Wisconsin restaurants.
