Eden Valley Wagyu is a central Minnesota operation run by Steve and Jamie Ries, raising 100% Full Blood Wagyu alongside American Wagyu, Prime Angus and Herefords. The cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished and everything is processed in a USDA facility. Three names and a town, which is a trap
The business trades as Eden Valley Wagyu. Restaurants citing it on menus often write Eden Valley Ranch. And there is a town called Eden Valley in Minnesota, which is not where the farm says it is; its own materials say only central Minnesota.
That combination is how a producer ends up pinned to the wrong place on a map, and this directory deliberately records no city for it rather than guessing at the obvious one. If you are trying to find this farm, go by the people and the state rather than by the name, and do not assume the town.
