Beef is a small but real part of the menu rather than a garnish: an American Wagyu beef curry rice built on a house-blended curry spice and a wagyu beef soup stock, a roasted American Wagyu beef bowl over rice with poached egg and house barbecue sauce, and roasted American Wagyu offered as a $7 addition to the fresh tofu and beets salad.
