Miyazaki Prefecture A5 wagyu runs across three separate parts of the menu: a 4oz A5 wagyu steak in Large Plates at $75, a dedicated A5 Wagyu Ramen at $47 built on Miyazaki A5 in bone broth, and A5 wagyu nigiri at $30 for two pieces in the sushi a la carte list. A separate koji-aged program covers the house prime and Angus steaks and is not wagyu.
