The Society Hill Israeli restaurant that has done more than any other to define modern Philadelphia dining, and it puts Wagyu on the menu twice. A Wagyu Beef Tartare with horseradish and challah sits in the mezze course, and an American Wagyu Ribeye with grilled peppers and onions is offered as a fifty five dollar supplement, for two and of limited availability. The menu states an American origin for the ribeye and nothing further: no producer, no breed generation, no grade.
