Hikami Farm Wagyu

The Hyogo farm behind 'Kobe Wine Beef,' Japanese Black fed grape lees from Kobe winemaking. It is a Hyogo brand in its own right and is NOT Certified Kobe Beef: only Tajima cattle meeting the association's carcass standard carry that name.
