The cattle are fullblood Wagyu of Japanese bloodlines, but they are bred and raised in Arkansas, so this is American fullblood Wagyu rather than beef imported from Japan, and it is graded by the USDA rather than on the Japanese A5 scale.
- The fullblood claim rests on the ranch's own word. It publishes no pedigree detail or registration paperwork and does not say that a registration certificate comes with an order, so ask what documentation you will receive if that matters to you.
- Some of its posts describe Wagyu as reducing inflammation, improving heart health and lowering the risk of certain cancers. Those are marketing claims about beef, not settled medical facts.
