Why it's listed

A ten-seat modern kappo counter in the historic Abrams Fixtures building in Adair Park, opened by Michelin-starred chef Leonard Yu with Chef Paul Gutting on the pass, running an eight-course chef's tasting menu at two hundred twenty-five per guest built as a tour of Japan prefecture by prefecture. The venue's own reservation listing describes the journey as spanning seafood from Hokkaido and Toyama Bay through wagyu from Kyushu. A sukiyaki course carrying wagyu is a standing part of the progression, but no grade, prefecture or producer is posted first-party.
