Its own menu closes with a SPECIALS row carrying A5 Miyazaki Wagyu at 18.00, described as A5 Japanese kuroge wagyu, with optional foie gras and Hokkaido uni supplements, alongside a KBBQ Wagyu hand roll at 18.00 built on A5 wagyu with ssamjang. The Miyazaki roll names a prefecture and a JMGA grade on the same line, which is complete Japanese provenance.
