What does this mean? →Why it's listed
Uchiko Plano (Legacy West), chef Tyson Cole's Uchi group, is open (menu dated Saturday, July 18). The first-party menu runs a real A5 program: 'a5 wagyu / japanese wagyu beef' nigiri, an 'a5 hot rock,' an A5-plus-caviar upgrade, plus Australian 'westholme wagyu' hot rock and 72-hour Westholme gyutoro. But the A5 items name no Japanese prefecture or brand, and the Westholme items list no AUS-MEAT MB/MS score, so no offering clears full first-party provenance. Provenance beyond grade and origin is not disclosed on the current menu.
