- Three steaks here are described as American Kobe sirloin. American Kobe is a marketing term for domestic crossbred beef, not Kobe Beef, which comes only from Tajima-lineage cattle raised and certified in Japan's Hyogo prefecture. No Japanese Kobe is served at this address.
- The Denver steaks name Snake River Farms, a real and well regarded American Wagyu producer.
