Gram & Dun is the patio-led Country Club Plaza restaurant at 600 Ward Parkway, and its current dinner menu carries four Wagyu dishes rather than the one or two a gastropub usually runs. The whole-muscle steak is a 7 oz Australian Wagyu filet mignon listed as Icon at 6 to 7 BMS, priced beside a Missouri-farm prime ribeye. Around it sit an Australian Wagyu steak tartare, an 8 oz Australian Wagyu French onion burger and Italian sausage Wagyu meatballs. The menu states the country and a marbling score but never spells out the producer behind the Icon name.

- Only one of the four Wagyu dishes here is a whole steak: the 7 oz filet, sold under the name Icon with a stated 6 to 7 BMS marbling score. The menu does not say which Australian producer stands behind that name, even though it credits a Missouri farm by name on the prime ribeye sitting next to it.
