The operator states every cut is A4/A5 certified by the Japan Meat Grading Association and imported through S Foods' Wagyu Master export arm, but names no prefecture, brand, or farm. It opened as Wagyu Master Sukiyaki House in early May 2026 and merged into Chubby Nori at the end of June.
