Its steak grid prints an explicit Prefecture and Grade column, and the Japanese Wagyu heading carries a 5oz filet from Miyazaki at A5, marbling 10 plus, for $145. An A5 Miyazaki Wagyu luxury bite on crispy rice with tamari and yuzu kosho runs $17 each. A separate Australian Wagyu heading lists a Margaret River filet and ribeye at marbling 8/9. The non Wagyu cuts name Linz USDA Prime and LHA Reserve, so sourcing is disclosed across the whole list.
