Its nigiri list prices Miyazaki Wagyu at 13.5, glossed on the menu as JP A5 Wagyu, and the same Miyazaki Wagyu recurs across the signature nigiri (All in One, Butter Wagyu), the special temaki (Miyazaki, UniZaki) and as a six-dollar foie gras supplement. A separate temaki names USA Wagyu with no producer or generation, and a seared Wagyu sushi roll rounds out the program.
