The producer

Namiki is a Wagyu program from Kaneko Farm in Aomori Prefecture in far northern Honshu, a feedlot established in 1971. It selects Tajima-bloodline calves from around Japan, raises them for roughly thirty months on farm-grown feed, and markets a top A5 line known as Namiki Kiwami.

Most English-language information about Namiki comes from U.S. importers rather than an independent or official source, so the details here should be read as producer- and importer-provided.
