Why it's listed
The one-Michelin-star, two-room chef's counter in Buckhead Landing led by Executive Chef Leonard Yu, serving a twenty-course omakase at two hundred ninety-five per person with fish sourced predominantly from Japan and finished with Edomae aging, curing and marinating. The published sample menu runs a prefecture-tagged nigiri progression and lists one beef course outright as A5 miyazaki wagyu sukiyaki, set among the otsumami before the uni gohan and otoro. That single course is a named Japanese prefecture plus a JMGA grade, stated first-party.
