Genki Wagyu Shabu House is an all-you-can-eat Wagyu shabu-shabu and sukiyaki house that opened in June 2026 in Rockville's Twinbrook Quarter. Wagyu is the entire concept, across three 90-minute AYCE tiers: Silver $58, Gold $78 and Diamond $98. The Diamond tier is built on Japanese A5 chuck ribeye, brisket and shoulder; Gold adds Japanese A5 shoulder plus Australian Wagyu brisket, chuck roll and an M9+ full blood shoulder; Silver carries American Wagyu toro belly. The menu states A5 throughout but attaches no prefecture or brand to any individual cut. Dinner only from 5 p.m.; closed Tuesdays.
