All-you-can-eat Wagyu shabu house at the Sakura Novi development, the Chubby Group's first Michigan room, open since November 2025. Four 90-minute AYCE tiers (Basic $48, Silver $58, Gold $78, Diamond $98 menu price) are built entirely around Wagyu. The Gold and Diamond tiers list Japanese A5 chuck ribeye, shoulder clod and brisket, plus Full Blood M9+ Australian Wagyu and American Wagyu. Grades are disclosed for each origin but no prefecture, Australian producer or American breed generation is named anywhere first-party, so it publishes menu-confirmed without authenticity badges.
