What does this mean? →Why it's listed
Hai Hospitality's Plaza Midwood outpost at 1720 Commonwealth Ave, opened alongside sibling Uchiba in the same building. The Charlotte menu carries three Wagyu items: an a5 hot rock at $65, a gyutoro nigiri of 72-hour Westholme wagyu at $13.50, and a hot rock of Australian wagyu at $22, plus an a5 crispy rice at $20. The Japanese item names a JMGA grade but no prefecture or brand, and the Westholme item names a real Australian producer but no AUS-MEAT MB or MS score, so neither offering completes its origin standard.
