Three tiers structure the menu: Silver at 68, Gold at 78 and Diamond at 98, each with a lower member price. Silver carries Premium Australian Wagyu chuck ribeye, brisket and shoulder cut; Gold and Diamond add Japanese A5 Wagyu in the same three cuts, printed with the Japanese 日本産A5和牛, plus Full Blood M9+ Australian Wagyu.
