Columbus omakase counter on Polaris Parkway, led by executive chef Yudi Makassau and opened by the founders of Fukuryu Ramen. The five course Tour starts at $99 and the Premium Tour at $149 adds an extra round of premium exclusives including a kuroushi A5 Wagyu course. The same beef is sold on its own from the chef's specials list at $20, printed as A5 Wagyu from Kagoshima. Everything else on the counter is seafood led, running to sashimi, nigiri, handrolls and Japanese specialties. Open Wednesday through Saturday evenings, with sake and wine pairings.
