Its one Wagyu item is a genuine provenance claim: the Tableside section prices a 4 oz A5 Miyazaki Wagyu New York, naming both the Japanese prefecture and the JMGA grade on the beef itself. Sibling El Gaucho units print the line differently, so the Portland prefecture is this location's own editorial claim rather than shared corporate boilerplate.
