Its Wagyu run inside the STEAKS list is unusually deep for a Northwest Prime house: four domestic Snake River Farms Gold cuts at 9+ BMS, a Japanese A5 filet from Miyazaki Prefecture, and a three-way filet flight pairing Prime, Japanese A5 and domestic Wagyu side by side. The Miyazaki filet carries a named prefecture plus a JMGA grade.
