What does this mean? →Why it's listed
Chef Hiro Tawara's Kyoto-style kaiseki counter on Cedar Street in Belltown, serving one Premium Kaiseki menu at $185 plus a 20 percent service charge, Wednesday through Sunday. The menu changes on the first Wednesday of every month and each month takes a theme from Japanese seasonal culture. The July 2026 menu carries a Wagyu course in the middle of the progression, printed as Grilled A5 Wagyu with Yuzu miso sauce alongside marinated and chilled summer vegetables. The grade is stated on the venue's own PDF; no prefecture, brand or farm is named.
