What does this mean? →Why it's listed
Uchiko is Uchi's sister concept in Cherry Creek North, a separate venue at 299 Fillmore St. Its Denver menu carries an a5 hot rock at 65 described as japanese a5 wagyu, plus gyutoro made with 72 hour Westholme wagyu at two price points, a wagyu tartare and a gyutoro dumpling. There is no dedicated Wagyu section as at Uchi. No prefecture, brand or farm is named for the A5 and no marbling score for the Westholme, so nothing clears the full provenance standard.
