Don's Prime, the steakhouse inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas (opened 2023), runs a genuinely Wagyu-forward 'Wagyu Across the World' program. Its current menu names American producers Snake River Farms (NY strip, 40oz tomahawk) and Cross Creek Ranch (a Colorado exclusive). It also lists A5 Japanese Wagyu, but with no prefecture, brand, or producer disclosed, so that line's provenance is only partial (no Japanese A5 badge). No Kobe on the menu; verified on the named American producers.
