What does this mean? →Why it's listed
Yakiniku Futago is the New York outpost of the Tokyo yakiniku brand founded in 2010, grilling tableside in Chelsea/Flatiron. Wagyu runs straight through the menu rather than sitting on it as a novelty: A5 Wagyu Sirloin, A5 Japanese Wagyu kalbi, Wagyu Toro sushi, Uni and Wagyu, and an Uni Wagyu Ju rice bowl, alongside US Wagyu chuck flap and a "Today's Wagyu" cut. Over 50 brands of Japanese sake back it up. The restaurant states its A5 is imported from top Japanese Wagyu breeders, but names none of them.
