Why it's listed

The North Dallas sibling of Al Biernat's Oak Lawn flagship, on Spring Valley Road near the Dallas North Tollway. Its current dinner menu carries a headed JAPANESE WAGYU block selling Miyazaki A5 by the ounce (four ounce minimum) alongside a 12 oz Hokkaido strip, plus a separate AMERICAN WAGYU section with an 8 oz filet mignon and a 16 oz New York strip. A Wagyu carpaccio opens the appetizer list. The Japanese program is specific to this location; the Oak Lawn unit's current menu carries no Japanese Wagyu at all.
