Rosewood Ranches raises American Wagyu along the Trinity River near Ennis, Texas. Its program crosses fullblood Japanese Wagyu bulls with heritage Black Angus cattle, producing F1-style American Wagyu. The company says cattle are born and raised on its Texas ranches, grass-fed and grain-finished, with no added hormones or antibiotics. Its beef reaches consumers and restaurants through distributors including Allen Brothers and Chefs' Warehouse rather than a standing direct-to-consumer store.
